This Privacy Policy will inform you as to how we look after your Personal Data when you use any of our products, services or applications (together the "Services"), visit our website(s) (regardless of where you visit it from) (the "Website") or mobile application(s) (the "App") and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Whether accessing the Brymee Services from your home computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet (but not limited to), Brymee FZ-LLC and its restaurants that you have placed your order with ("Partner Restaurants") may collect some data that identifies you or relates to you as an individual ("Personal Data"). When you use Brymee Services, we may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal Data, such as:
- name and surname;
- telephone number;
- delivery address (home address, work address and/or others that you add to our Services);
- username and password (for account administration);
- data about you from the e-mails you send to us;
- data about you from the messages you post to the Website.

- demographic data and other data provided by you that we may combine with other users of the Brymee Services or use on its own;

- Profile Data includes your phone number, name and password, your identification number as our user, data on whether you have a Brymee App account;
- Usage Data includes data about how you use the Website, the App and the Services, including device download time, install time, interaction type and time, and event time, name and source.
2. How is your data collected
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
- direct interactions. You may give us your Personal Data and Profile Data by directly interacting with us, including by filling in forms, by email or otherwise. This includes Personal Data you provide when you:
- visit our Website or the App;
- apply for our Services;
- create an account;
- make use of any of our Services;
- enter a competition, promotion or survey, including through social media channels;
- give us feedback or contact us.

- to further our business purposes, such as to perform data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, to enhance, improve or modify the Brymee Services, to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to operate and expand our business activities;
- to send transactional or relationship communications to you, such as notices to facilitate a transaction you have conducted or messages that provide data about your account, using various electronic communication, including email, push notifications and mobile communications;
- to send you push notifications about order status;
- to send you SMS text messaging with one-time password ("OTP").

We may also share your Personal Data with marketing companies who help us analyse the Personal Data we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business and Services to you. We may disclose your data to a third party in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings. Your data may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.
We may disclose your Personal Data to third-party service providers to provide us with services such as website hosting, professional services, including information technology services and related infrastructure, customer service, SMS sending services, e-mail delivery, auditing and other similar services.
In addition, we may use or disclose the Personal Data that you provide to us if we are under a duty to disclose or share your data in order to comply with (and/or where we believe we are under a duty to comply with) any legal obligation, or in order to enforce our Services Terms and any other agreement, or to protect the rights of Brymee, Partner Restaurants or others. This includes exchanging data with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and prevention.

You have the right to request and see the information we hold about you ("Access Request") and to ask us to make any changes to ensure that it is accurate and up to date. In the event that you make an Access Request, we reserve the right to charge a fee of twenty United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED 20.00) to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

When you access the Brymee Services through your mobile device, Brymee may collect information regarding your actual location if you allow it. Brymee uses this data for automatically determine a delivery address and presence in a restaurant delivery area. You may change your selection at any time by accessing the "Profile" tab of the mobile application. Brymee will not share your location with any third party except its Affiliates, such as its customers, and Partner Restaurants.

If you sign up for a user account using the Brymee Services, you are by default opted in to receive promotional email communications, text communications and push notifications from Brymee ("Electronic Communications") which may include promotional communications, special offers, account related information, and system messages. Where you have chosen at a device level to begin or continue receiving push notifications from us, we may send you push notifications relating to the services that you have requested from us, such as order status and information about our Services and offers. You may receive Electronic Communications from us when you contact us by using the Contact form on the Brymee Website https://brymee.com/contact with your comments, queries and requests relating to our Services.
You may opt out to stop receiving Electronic Communications other than transactional or relationship communications referenced above by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Brymee email or updating your Brymee account if you have one. You can choose to stop receiving push notifications from us at any time by changing your preferences on your mobile device. If you wish to stop receiving transactional or relationship Electronic Communications, you must delete your Brymee user account.
If you decide not to opt out, our communications to you will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

10. Social networking and third party sites
When you link to the Brymee Services through any social networking or third party sites, applications or services, please remember that you are bound by the privacy policy of the social network or third-party site, application or service, and we do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites. You should consult the privacy policy of such sites to determine the information practices of those sites.
11. Children’s online privacy
Brymee recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of children. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). When a user discloses personal information on the Brymee Services, the user is representing to us that he or she is at least thirteen (13) years of age. If a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with personally identifiable information through the Brymee Services, we ask that a parent or guardian notify us by using the Contact form on the Brymee Website https://brymee.com/contact, and we will delete the child’s information from our records.
12. Third parties and your responsibilities
If you choose to use any Brymee Services functionality that allows you to send messages to third parties outside of the Brymee Services, you must obtain their permission to provide their personal information, such as their name, phone number or email address, to Brymee, and all other parties necessary to carry out the requested functionality, for example, by routing a message. You are solely responsible for maintenance of the confidentiality and security of any information which you transmit from or store on your computer, tablet, or mobile device for purposes of accessing and using the Brymee Services, and for all transactions and other activities undertaken in your name, whether authorized or unauthorized. You agree to immediately notify Brymee of any unauthorized transactions associated with the Brymee Services, or any other breach of security, and that Brymee shall not be responsible for any losses, costs or expenses arising out of the loss or theft of information which you may have transmitted from or stored on any device of yours, or from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions associated with the Brymee Services.
13. International transfers
Your Personal Data may be transferred, stored, and processed in any country in which we operate. We in place suitable technical, organizational and contractual safeguards to ensure that such transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection rules, except where the country to which the data is transferred has already been determined by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection.
