Welcome to the Payment and Refund Policy of Brymee FZ-LLC (collectively referred to as "Brymee", "brymee.com", "we", "our" or "us" in this Payment and Refund Policy). At Brymee, we strive to provide a satisfactory user experience and ensure transparency in our payment and refund processes. This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures regarding payments made on software as a service applications. These applications are designed to empower restaurants, kitchens, cafes, bakeries, and other similar establishments, hereafter referred to as "Partner Restaurants," in selling their menu items. The services include mobile applications, web applications and web-based admin platforms collectively referred to as the "Platform.” Please read this Payment and Refund Policy carefully before making any payments, as it determines your rights with regard you your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions.
This Payment and Refund Policy addresses our obligations in respect of applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").
By using and/or ordering services, and/or downloading the Platform, you consent to all actions that we take with this Payment and Refund Policy, and you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by it.
If you disagree with any part of this Payment and Refund Policy, then please do not use the Platform.
- Billing Currency
Online payment transactions made through the Platform are processed in AED currency, and the prices displayed are also in AED. Please note that if your payment method's billing currency differs from AED, your payment may be processed outside of your country of residence.
Consequently, certain fees, such as international transaction fees and foreign exchange fees, may apply, and the amount reflected on your bank statement may vary from the amount shown at checkout.
Brymee shall not be responsible for any such fees and currency fluctuations and Brymee hereby disclaims all liability in that regard.
If you have any inquiries about the fees or applicable exchange rates, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for further clarification.
- Payments
The Platform accepts various online and offline payment methods to provide convenience and flexibility. At the moment, we support the following online payment methods:
- Debit/Credit Card;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay.
It is important to ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and up to date to avoid any payment processing issues. By using the Platform and making payments, you acknowledge that you have the necessary authorization to use the selected payment method.
Please be informed that payment methods for orders and delivery services may vary depending on the Partner Restaurants. While most Partner Restaurants offer in-App payment options, some may also accept cash or Debit/Credit Card payments directly to the delivery driver. It's important to note that Brymee is not responsible for determining the payment methods accepted by Partner Restaurants, as this decision is solely at the discretion of each Partner Restaurant.
- Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated by your bank or a third-party payment provider regarding your purchase of any order, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to all your accounts with us.
You are responsible for any fees and expenses incurred as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes initiated by you, your bank, or a third-party payment provider.
- Payment Services Providers
The Platform is integrated with Stripe, an online payment processing platform. Payment processing in the Platform is provided by integrated iframe for checkouts from Stripe, allowing customers to securely and efficiently make payments for their food and beverage orders.
It is important to note that the Brymee and the Platform do not have access to or store any of the user's payment details, as Stripe allows the Platform to bill the customers through integrated iframe for checkouts instead of directly processing the user's payment details. All transactions are secured as third-party payment provider Stripe uses SSL encryption protection.
By using the Platform to make payments for food and beverage orders, you acknowledge and comprehend that your billing information is exclusively handled by third-party payment provider Stripe. Brymee and the Platform do not collect, store, or engage in any other processing of your billing information.
You acknowledge and accept that Brymee holds no responsibility for any inadequacies in the third-party's protection of such information. The processing of payments will be governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the third-party payment provider Stripe, in addition to the provisions outlined in this Payment and Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to change third-party payment provider(s) and may require them to transfer your information to other service providers who utilize secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other equivalent security measures to encrypt your information.
- Exclusion of Responsibility for Off-Platform Payments
Please note that the Platform is integrated with Stripe and is exclusively responsible for online payments processed through the Platform. This means that Brymee is not responsible for any payments made outside of the Platform, whether it's payment to a delivery driver, card transactions for pickup orders, or any other payments not processed via the Platform. Therefore, we do not oversee the security and reliability of such payments, and it's important to understand that these payments are not integrated with Stripe. All forms of payment conducted outside the Platform are at the discretion of the Partner Restaurants, and it is solely their responsibility. For further details, please refer to the Partner Restaurants' policies and terms and conditions.
- Order Cancellation and Editing
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must initiate contact with the Partner Restaurant where you initially placed your order. It's important to keep in mind that Brymee solely serves as a Platform provider tailored for the Food & Beverage industry, specifically designed for efficient food and beverage delivery between Partner Restaurants and their customers. Consequently, any decisions related to your order, be it cancellations, modifications, or any other adjustments, are beyond our purview. Kindly direct all inquiries, concerns, or requests pertaining to your order to the Partner Restaurant through which you placed it.
- Refund
If you wish to request a refund for reasons such as order cancellations or dissatisfaction with your order, please address all refund inquiries directly with the Partner Restaurant where you placed your order. Brymee is not responsible for any aspects of the refund process, including eligibility, refund amounts, or related matters. It is important to understand that Brymee functions exclusively as a platform provider tailored for the Food & Beverage industry, facilitating efficient food and beverage delivery between Partner Restaurants and their customers. As a result, we do not have the authority to initiate or manage the refund process; this responsibility solely rests with the Partner Restaurant. The Partner Restaurant will independently determine the refund method, which may include a full refund, a special promo code, or alternative solutions. If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding order refunds, please reach out to the Partner Restaurant where the order was placed.
- Refund Terms and Financial Disclaimer
The speed and availability of refunded funds in your bank account are subject to the terms and policies of your bank. The precise refund amount will be based on the exchange rate between AED currency and your payment method's currency, as determined at the time the refund is initiated.
Please be aware that Brymee is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers, and we will not cover such fees when processing a refund.
It is important to note that Brymee is not a financial institution and does not provide any financial services or advice. Payments made through the Platform are solely for the purpose of facilitating efficient food and beverage delivery between Partner Restaurants and their customers. It is strictly prohibited to use these payments for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities as defined by law.
- International
This English-language Payment and Refund Policy is Brymee official statement of the Platform payment and refund practices. In case of any inconsistency between this English-language Payment and Refund Policy and its translation into another language, this English-language document prevails.

We keep our Payment and Refund Policy under regular review. This version was last updated on 14 October 2023.
We may change our Payment and Refund Policy, so please check this page from time to time, as your continued use of the Platform, after we publish our changes, indicates your acceptance of any changed terms.
